Before any dog comes to us for daycare or overnight boarding we always make sure we meet you and your dog for an introduction session at our home. This will give you chance to view where your dog will be staying and for you to ask any questions you may have.  It will also give us to chance to see if your dog is suitable for our environment. 

We do offer a free 2 hour trial session, where you can leave your dog with us midweek to see how they

get on with us and the other dogs.

We also offer a midweek overnight trial (paid for) to see if they settle with us.

Not all dogs are suitable for Hounds hotel, you will be notified of any changes in your dogs behaviour or temperament.

We take the greatest possible care of all the dogs we are responsible for however injuries can occur for a variety of reasons.

Owners should be aware that dogs can be unpredictable and be aware of the risks involved when leaving your dog at Hounds hotel.

All dogs that come into our care should be neutered/spayed and should be well socialised, we do not accept dogs that are aggressive or have behavioural issues.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccination's, flea and worming treatment.

All dogs must wear a collar with a name tag on.  Its is now a legal requirement that all dogs

are microchipped.

if your dog is coming for overnight boarding you will need to provide enough food for your dogs stay with us. We like to keep your dogs routine as normal as possible, this includes keeping them on a diet they are used to.
